Explore curated toxins by taxonomy, molecular targets, modifications, or phyletic specificity using expandable trees.
How to use Browse
Choose an ontology from Browse by Ontology:
- Araneae Taxonomy — spider taxonomy from order down to species
- Molecular Targets — target hierarchy used in activity records
- Post Translation Modifications — PTM types recorded on toxins
- Phyletic Specificity — target-organism taxonomy for biological activity
A tree appears for the selected ontology. Click + / − on a branch to expand or collapse it. Numbers in parentheses show how many toxins match that node.
Click any branch or leaf to load matching toxins in the results panel (beside the tree on wide screens, below it on smaller ones). The selected node is highlighted in green. Choose Please Select in the ontology dropdown to reset.
Results appear in a paginated table; toxin names link to toxin cards. Use Download PDF or Download CSV below the results to export the current branch (FAIR-compliant CSV).
